Delete your account
Via email
Send an email to hello@statsly.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the deletion within 72 hours.
Via the dashboard
Log in to my.statsly.app → Profile → Delete account. The page asks for your password to confirm, and the account is deactivated immediately.
Via the mobile app
When the Statsly app is live on the App Store and Google Play (coming soon), you can delete your account directly from Profile → Settings → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your login email and bcrypt-hashed password
- All websites linked to the account and their visitor data
- Team memberships and shared reports
- Profile settings (theme, selected websites, notifications)
Grace period
The account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. Within those 30 days, you can restore by writing to hello@statsly.app.
What we are legally required to keep
If you have been a Business customer, we retain invoicing data for 5 years after the end of the fiscal year they relate to, per Danish tax control law. These records contain only billing information (company name, CVR, amounts) — no login credentials, passwords or visitor data.
