Refund policy
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Statsly, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases of Pro and Business plans, whether billed monthly or annually.
To request a refund, email hello@statsly.app from the email address on your account. We process refunds within 5 business days; the funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. After the 14-day window
You can cancel your subscription any time via your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans after the 14-day window has passed.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee — only the initial purchase. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
4. Service downtime
In the event of substantial service downtime caused by us, we may grant a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion. Contact us at hello@statsly.app with details if you believe you're affected.
5. Terms violations
Subscriptions terminated due to a violation of our terms of service are not eligible for a refund.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence. EU consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Directive; this policy is offered in addition to, not instead of, those rights.
7. Payment processor
Subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, who handles billing, VAT, and payouts on our behalf. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same processor.
